Shipping Info

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday thru Friday, 11 AM - 4 PM EST. Normally, in stock orders are shipped within 72 business hours, not including weekends. We can be reached at 734-222-5166.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation from us after your order ships. You will also receive an e-mail from UPS with your package tracking information. You can also check our site for the status of your order via the Order History section under Your Cart after you log in. "Queued" means your order is in line to be shipped. "Completed" means your order has been shipped. "Processed" means your order contains reservation items which will ship later. "Failed" means your order was cancelled by Wizzywig. Please provide your daytime phone on your order in case questions arise.

What if an item is out of stock?

Occassionally, items or styles may sell out before our site is updated. It is our policy to ship in-stock items and cancel out of stock items without prior notification. You are only billed for the instock items that ship to you. If items are available for backorder you will be notified by phone or e-mail of that option.

Continental US Shipping:

We offer UPS shipping only. You can choose from Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping. Note: UPS does not normally deliver on weekends, so do not caclulate those days in when choosing faster shipping methods. Also remember that UPS ground has no guaranteed delivery time! Please do NOT use P.O. Boxes, as UPS will not deliver there. UPS Shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the package and the destination. Our shopping cart will give you the estimated shipping cost of your order. If actual shipping prices are higher than estimated, you will be notified and billed the higher actual fee. If actual shipping prices are lower than estimated, you will not be notified, but will be billed the lower actual fee. If you are concerned about shipping costs please call the shipping department at 734-222-5166 for a shipping quote prior to placing an order.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/US Military Base Shipping:

We offer USPS Priority Mail Only. Our shopping cart will give you the estimated shipping cost of your order. If actual shipping prices are higher than estimated, you will be notified and billed the actual higher fee. If actual shipping prices are lower than estimated, you will not be notified, but will be billed at the lower actual fee. If your military address won't fit into the website form, please put your complete shipping address in the "Notes" section.

International Shipping:

We use USPS Air Mail only. You will be notified of the shipping price by e-mail within 72 business hours of placing your order. Wizzywig does not gurantee international packages against loss or damage. Buyer understands that they are ordering internationally at their own risk. Buyer is responsible for any importation fees or restrictions imposed by their country.

How do I place an order by phone?

You can call our retail store at (734) 213-1112 and place an order with one of our sales associates. Hours are Fri-Sat 12 Noon-8pm EST, Sun 12 Noon-5pm EST.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept these credit cards for US orders: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We will also accept gift and debit cards as long as they have the logo from one of the above imprinted upon it.
For US and international orders, we accept PayPal only.
Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks.

How do you ship Japanese Snacks?

Per Customs regulations, we will only ship candy and other snacks to US Addresses. Wizzywig, UPS, and USPS are not responsible for melted or damaged food items such as chocolates. Beverage breakages and lost packages are covered through UPS and USPS insurance. There are no returns or exchanges on Japanese Snacks for any reason.

How do Reservations work?

Reservation items can be reserved with a credit card number. The price without shipping and the approximate arrival date is listed by each item. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped to you. Reservations ship seperately from in-stock item orders and shipping is not included in your total when you place the order. If more than one of your reservations arrive at the same time, they will ship together. If an item is discontinued, you will be notified and your reservation cancelled. Occasionally prices change, in which event you will be notified and given an opportunity to continue or cancel your reservation. Wizzywig is not responsible for arrival dates, discontinued items or price changes.

What if I change my mind?

Once an order or reservation is placed, it cannot be cancelled thru the shopping cart. If you wish to cancel an order, please call our Shipping Department immediately at 734-222-5166 and speak with us directly, or leave a message with your order number, items ordered, name and phone. If the item has not already been shipped, we are more than happy to cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, you are required to handle it as a return as detailed below.

What is your Return Policy?

Please use the 'Contact Us' form on the main page, or call our shipping department directly at 734-222-5166. We encourage you to CALL, as we are not responsible for unreceived e-mails.

For Items Damaged or Lost In Transit to a U.S> Address:
If your items are damaged or lost during shipping, please call us immediately at 734-222-5166 and instructions on how to proceed. We will work with the shipping carrier to provide facilitate an exchange or a refund within 72 business hours after contacting us. Please note that packages are insured and are the responsibility of the carrier after they leave Wizzywig. For international orders, see the "International Shipping" section above.

For Defective Items:
Call us at 734-222-5166 within seven (7) days of your receiving the item and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. DVD's & CD's will be exchanged for the same item only. For other items, you can request an exchange or a return. The item must include all original packaging or it will not be accepted for exchange. Customer is not responsible for replacement shipping costs of defective items.

For Non-defective Items:
If you are not pleased with your purchase, call us at 734-222-5166 or use the "contact us" form on the main page, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of your receiving the item. Only unopened items in original packaging can be returned. Only the cost of the merchandise can be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, packaging and insurance of non-defective returned items. If the returned item(s) are not received, or are damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer returning the item(s). Website descriptions are guidelines and not the basis for shipping fee refunds.

For Models Only:
No returns or exchanges on opened models for any reason.

For Opened Random Trading Figures:
No returns or exchanges for any reason on opened boxed trading figures.

For Food Items:
There are no returns or exchanges on Japanese snacks for any reason.
